General questions
Which areas do Aadhya Packers and Movers cover?
We have branches in Karimnagar, Sircilla, Siddipet, Peddapalli, Jagtial and Hyderabad, and we cover the surrounding towns from those branches — Huzurabad, Manakondur, Choppadandi, Vemulawada, Korutla, Metpally, Dharmapuri and Jammikunta. For long-distance moves we deliver all over India.
How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp the branch number for your town. Share your item list, the floor and lift situation at both ends, and the moving date. For larger homes we do a free survey in person or over a WhatsApp video call before confirming anything in writing.
Do you give a GST bill?
Yes. Aadhya Packers and Movers is GST registered under GSTIN 36CKLPR1589J1ZE and issues a proper tax invoice for every booking.
Can I get an IBA-format bill for my company claim?
Yes. Tell us at the time of booking that the move is against a transfer order so the paperwork is prepared in the format your employer accepts, rather than being reissued later.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to five days is comfortable for a local move. For month-end dates, long-distance routes or a dedicated vehicle, book about a week ahead — vehicle availability is the real constraint, not crew availability.
Do you move goods on Sundays and public holidays?
Yes. Household moves on weekends are common, and most of our office relocations are deliberately scheduled on a Sunday or overnight to avoid weekday downtime.
Is transit insurance available?
Transit cover can be arranged against the declared value of your goods. Ask for it while booking so the cover is in place before packing begins — it cannot be added after the vehicle has left.
What should I not hand over to the movers?
Carry jewellery, cash, original property and education documents, medicines you need daily, and your phone chargers with you. Keep them in one bag that never goes into the truck.
Do you supply only labour for loading and unloading?
Yes. If you have arranged your own vehicle, you can book just our trained loading and unloading crew with trolleys, straps and lifting belts.
Can you store my goods if my new house is not ready?
Yes. Goods stay packed and sealed in covered warehouse storage against a signed inventory, and are delivered on the date you confirm.
House Shifting questions
Do you pack everything or do I need to pack some items?
We pack everything. If you prefer to pack personal documents, jewellery or cash yourself, keep those in one bag and carry it with you — we recommend that for every move.
How long does a house shift take?
A 2BHK local move inside the same town is usually packed and delivered the same day. A 3BHK typically needs one day for packing and the next for delivery. Long-distance moves depend on the route.
Will my furniture be dismantled and put back together?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and TV units are dismantled by our carpenter-trained crew and re-assembled at the new house.
Office Shifting questions
Can the move happen on a Sunday?
Yes — most of our office moves in Karimnagar and Hyderabad run over a weekend or overnight so that Monday is a normal working day.
Do you handle server and network equipment?
We pack and transport server and network hardware with anti-static material. Powering down, backing up and re-configuring is done by your IT team or vendor; we coordinate timing with them.
Will we get a GST invoice for the office move?
Yes. We are GST registered (36CKLPR1589J1ZE) and issue proper tax invoices, plus IBA-format bills where your company needs them.
Bike Transport questions
What documents do I need for bike transport?
A copy of the RC, a valid insurance copy and one photo ID of the person handing over the vehicle. Keep the originals with you.
Should the bike have fuel in it?
No. Fuel is drained to a minimum safe level before loading — it is a fire-safety requirement for closed carriers.
Can the bike be moved along with my household goods?
Yes, on a shared closed-body truck the bike travels in a secured section away from cartons. For long routes a dedicated carrier is usually the better option.
Vehicle Transport questions
Can I keep household items inside the car?
No. Vehicles must travel empty — loose items inside are not covered and can damage the interior in transit.
Is the car driven to the destination?
No. It is carried. The only driving is on and off the carrier at the two ends.
How long does car transport from Karimnagar take?
Karimnagar to Hyderabad is usually next-day. Metros like Bengaluru, Pune or Chennai typically take a few days depending on carrier loading.
Loading & Unloading questions
Do you provide only labour without a vehicle?
Yes. Loading and unloading crew can be booked on its own when you already have a vehicle.
Will the crew carry items to the third floor without a lift?
Yes. Tell us the floor and lift situation while booking so we send the right crew size.
Do you also pack if I book only labour?
Packing is a separate service. If you want packing as well, ask for it when booking so material is carried along.
Warehousing & Storage questions
What is the minimum storage period?
We handle both a few days and several months. Tell us the expected window and we plan the stacking accordingly.
Can I take out a few items during storage?
Partial release is possible if it is planned in advance — tell us at intake so those cartons are kept accessible.
Are goods insured during storage?
Transit and storage cover is arranged on request against the declared value. Ask for it while booking so it is in place from day one.
Hospital Shifting questions
Do you uninstall medical equipment yourselves?
No. Warranty-sensitive equipment is uninstalled and reinstalled by the manufacturer service engineer. We plan the schedule around them and handle packing, transport and placement.
Can a clinic move without closing for a full day?
Usually yes, with a phased plan — typically an overnight or a low-OPD-day move, department by department.
How are patient records handled?
They move in sealed, numbered cartons against a signed index, and stay in our supervised custody for the whole transit.
Packing & Unpacking questions
Do you bring the packing material?
Yes, all material is brought on packing day and is part of the service. You do not need to buy cartons in advance.
Is unpacking included?
Unpacking and basic placement are included in full-service moves. If you booked packing only, tell us and we schedule unpacking separately.
Can you pack only the fragile items?
Yes. Many customers pack clothes and books themselves and ask us to handle only crockery, glass, electronics and furniture.
